H&A templates for customers
We have provided here for our customers the H&A templates. If you are able to send the required information in the requested templates we can then use the specific interfaces to automatically transfer the information into the accounting software and thus to let you benefit from lower tariffs.
Template for taking over the customer invoices
Template customer invoices (.xls)
This template allows the takeover of the outgoing invoices. The file will need to be send in a.csv format and to contain information regarding your monthly (whole month or partial periods of time) outgoing invoices. The structure of the file is fix (the columns cannot be altered).
Template for taking over the supplier invoices
Template supplier invoices (.xls)
This template allows the takeover of the monthly (whole month or partial periods of time) incoming invoices. The file need to be send under a .xls format and the structure of the file is fix.
Template timesheet
You can use this template to prepare a monthly timesheet for your company that is needed for elaborating the payroll.
The cash book template
You may use this template for maintaining the daily cash book.
